The Story Behind Brave Vision
Hi, I’m Maja, the founder of Brave Vision.
Over the past 13+ years, I’ve built, scaled, and led global teams from the ground up.
I’ve served millions of users and built, scaled and led Support, Knowledge Management, and Training Operations at companies like Wix, Guesty, and Riverside.fm.
In my last role, I built and scaled a support org from zero to a large global team. That team became one of the most loved departments in the company, by both customers and employees.
But the truth is, it didn’t start that way.
When I stepped into leadership, I was suffering. And I didn’t understand why.
On paper, I had everything: rapid growth, recognition, responsibility.
Everyone thought I should be on top of the world.
But inside, something felt off. I kept moving forward, hoping it would pass.
Then one day, I had a panic attack in a leadership meeting.
And no one noticed.
That moment changed everything.
A friend introduced me to a Satya-Method coach.
Session by session, things slowly began to make sense.
What I’d been carrying started to dissolve.
That was the beginning of a transformation I’m still in it for the immense improvement of life quality I got, ten years later.
Since then, I’ve continued building powerful teams and sustainable systems while deepening my work as a coach.
As a Satya trainee for ten years, the method has become part of my DNA, as a manager, a parent, a partner, and a friend.
While building teams from scratch, I often hired talented people with no background in support. Coaching became a natural part of how I led.
Eventually, after years of seeing its impact, I decided to go all in.
Today, I coach founders, managers, and individuals in tech who want to grow — personally and professionally, with more clarity, authenticity, and freedom.
I also consult early-stage startups to build scalable Support, KM, and Training Ops, before the chaos sets in.
